1. About the Service

AceTheirTest.com provides ICAS-style practice tests for Australian primary school students in Years 2–6, covering Mathematics, English, and Spelling Bee. The service is operated by an individual sole trader based in Sydney, NSW, Australia.

2. Eligibility

Accounts must be created by a parent, guardian, or adult aged 18 or over. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Our content is designed for use by primary school children under adult supervision.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
• Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

4. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service is not of acceptable quality or does not work as described, you are entitled to a remedy. Contact us at hello@acetheirtest.com.

5. Free Content

Test 1 of each subject and year level is available free of charge without an account. Free content may change at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on AceTheirTest.com — including questions, passages, explanations, and design — is owned by AceTheirTest and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission. The content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only (i.e. for your own child's study).

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account login with others outside your immediate family
• Use the service for commercial tutoring without a separate licence agreement
• Attempt to copy, scrape, or extract content from the site
• Attempt to circumvent the subscription paywall

8. Disclaimer

AceTheirTest practice tests are designed to help students prepare for ICAS-style assessments. We do not guarantee any particular exam result. All questions are original. AceTheirTest is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the ICAS programme, its official provider, or its owners in any way. ICAS is a trademark of its respective owner.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, AceTheirTest is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify subscribers of significant changes by email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in NSW courts.
