By using AceTheirTest.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. About the Service

AceTheirTest.com provides Australian Curriculum practice tests for students from Kindergarten to Year 10, covering Mathematics and English (spelling included), together with a Writing Coach for Years 2–10. The service is operated by an individual sole trader based in Sydney, NSW, Australia.

2. Eligibility

Accounts must be created by a parent, guardian, or adult aged 18 or over. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Our content is designed for use by school children from Kindergarten to Year 10, under adult supervision.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase.
• A first subscription on an account starts with a 7-day free trial. Your card is collected at checkout and first charged when the trial ends; if you cancel during the trial, you are not charged. Accounts that have subscribed before do not receive another trial.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
• Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

4. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service is not of acceptable quality or does not work as described, you are entitled to a remedy. Contact us at hello@acetheirtest.com.

5. Free Content

Test 1 of each subject and year level, and a Maths and English skills check for Years 2 to 10, are available free of charge without an account. All Kindergarten and Year 1 practice tests are available free of charge to a signed-in account, without a subscription. Free content may change at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on AceTheirTest.com — including questions, passages, explanations, and design — is owned by AceTheirTest and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission. The content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only (i.e. for your own child's study), except for printable classroom worksheets, which are licensed under section 7 below.

7. Classroom Licence (printable worksheets)

Separately from the online service, AceTheirTest publishes printable worksheets, homework sheets, reading texts, answers sheets and block guides for teachers. These are supplied either free of charge or under a Teacher subscription, and they are licensed to one teacher, for the students in that teacher's own class, for the school year printed on the sheet. Our sheets carry this licence in their footer.

Under this licence you may:

• Print, photocopy and scan the sheets in the quantities your own class needs
• Distribute copies to the students in that class, and to those students' parents or carers
• Display the sheets to that class, including on a screen or whiteboard
• Keep and reuse your copies with that same class for the school year printed on the sheet

Under this licence you may not:

• Share the files, or copies made from them, with other teachers — including elsewhere in your own school. Each teacher needs their own licence
• Place them on a school intranet, shared drive, learning management system, or any site or service that people outside your class can reach
• Upload them to a resource-sharing or resource-selling platform, or sell them
• Remove, obscure or alter the copyright line, the licence line, or the syllabus outcome printed on any sheet
• Use them for commercial tutoring — that needs a separate licence agreement (see section 8)

A school or department that wants to cover several teachers should email hello@acetheirtest.com rather than copying a single-teacher licence.

This section applies only to the printable worksheets. It does not extend to the online tests, the Writing Coach, or any other part of the service, which remain under section 6.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account login with others outside your immediate family
• Use the service for commercial tutoring without a separate licence agreement. The classroom licence in section 7 is not one — it covers a teacher’s own class, not paid tutoring
• Attempt to copy, scrape, or extract content from the site
• Attempt to circumvent the subscription paywall

9. Disclaimer

AceTheirTest practice tests are designed to help students build the skills the Australian Curriculum expects, and are pitched above classroom level. We do not guarantee any particular exam result. All questions are original. AceTheirTest is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to ACARA, the National Assessment Program (NAPLAN), the NSW Department of Education, or any examination board or its owners in any way. NAPLAN is a trademark of ACARA; all other exam names used on this site are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe what an exam is.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, AceTheirTest is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify subscribers of significant changes by email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in NSW courts.
