What these tests cover, and what they do not
Kindergarten English here covers 8 of the 11 NSW Early Stage 1 outcomes. Handwriting, speaking and reading aloud cannot be marked by a tapped answer — those stay with your child's teacher.
The three a tapped answer cannot mark:
- ENE-HANDW-01 — produces all lower-case and upper-case letters to create texts
- ENE-OLC-01 — communicates effectively by using interpersonal conventions and language with familiar peers and adults
- ENE-REFLU-01 — reads decodable texts aloud with automaticity
